Epifanka is one of the many endangered villages in Russia with deserted, wrecked houses, surrounded on three sides by a forest. There are three more villages not far from Epifanka, the population in these villages is about 10 people in each.

At first you feel like a stranger, who decided to destroy silence and harmony, but after a while you start to feel that everything is full of secret meaning and it begins talking with you. It seems that in such villages folk tales ware born, that have been passed from generation to generation by word of mouth.
